Building a racecar means solving problems that rarely come with perfectly universal answers. We are happy to help you understand our products, think through fitment, and identify questions worth answering before you buy or install anything.
A quick note from our small team: You are welcome to email, call, text, or message us through Facebook or Instagram. We try hard to answer everyone, but direct replies can take a few days. If you need ideas sooner, our Facebook Technical Support Forum is often the fastest place to tap into the collective experience of the community.
Choose Your Support Path
- General technical questions or ideas from other builders: Visit the Professional Awesome Technical Support Forum.
- Private, order-specific, or product-specific help: Contact Professional Awesome directly.
- Vehicle design, detailed analysis, or engineering work: Use our engineering consulting process.
Not sure which route fits your question? Start with the guidance below. Choosing the right path helps you get a useful answer without paying for consulting you do not need or waiting on a private reply when the community could help sooner.
Before You Contact Us
The more context you provide, the less time we have to spend guessing. A useful support request should include as many of the following details as possible:
- Your vehicle’s year, make, model, trim, and relevant modifications.
- The exact Professional Awesome product you are considering or using, including selected options when applicable.
- How the vehicle is used, such as street driving, autocross, time attack, wheel-to-wheel racing, or another application.
- What you are trying to accomplish and what problem you are trying to solve.
- Clear, well-lit photos showing both the complete area and close-up details.
- Relevant measurements, the units used, and where each measurement begins and ends.
- For universal or aerodynamic parts, information about materials, thicknesses, clearances, mounting structure, and nearby components.
- Anything you have already tried, along with the result.
- Any real deadline, such as an upcoming event. We cannot promise that every deadline can be met, but knowing it exists helps us give you an honest answer.
Photos are especially valuable. A wide photo explains where the part sits on the vehicle, while close-ups show the details. Circling a mounting point or adding an arrow can eliminate several rounds of follow-up questions.
Facebook Technical Support Forum
Our Professional Awesome Technical Support Forum brings together racers, fabricators, customers, and people who have solved similar problems on their own cars. Because more people can see your question, it is often the quickest way to gather installation examples and possible solutions.
Community responses are suggestions, not engineering approval or an official statement from Professional Awesome. Different cars, materials, speeds, loads, and workmanship can make a solution that works well on one vehicle inappropriate for another. Consider the source, ask follow-up questions, and verify important details before acting.
The forum is public. Do not post your address, payment information, private order details, or other personal information. Send those details to us privately when they are needed.
Contact Professional Awesome Directly
You are welcome to reach us through any of the following methods:
- Email: [email protected]
- Call, text, or leave a voicemail: 765-267-8567
- Contact page: Send us a message
- Facebook: Professional Awesome Racing
- Instagram: @professionalawesomeracing
We try to respond in a timely fashion, but a reply can take a few days. We are a very small company, and the same people answering technical questions are also developing products, helping existing customers, and keeping orders moving. Please be patient with us.
One detailed message is generally more helpful than sending the same question through every channel. If you follow up, please use the original conversation when possible so we can see the information you already provided.
What Product Support Includes
For normal product and fitment questions, we can help you:
- Understand how a Professional Awesome product is intended to work.
- Compare available sizes, options, and configurations.
- Identify measurements or clearances that should be checked.
- Review photos and point out issues or questions we notice.
- Share common installation approaches and relevant educational resources.
- Determine whether a question has grown beyond normal product support and would benefit from professional consulting.
Remote product support has limits. We cannot physically inspect the vehicle, verify every measurement, evaluate hidden structure, confirm material condition, observe fabrication quality, or predict every load and impact the vehicle may encounter.
Fitment, Installation, and Safety
Guidance from Professional Awesome is intended to help you make a better-informed decision. It is not certification that a proposed installation is safe, appropriate, rule-compliant, or suitable for every condition.
The customer and installer are responsible for the final product selection, installation design, fabrication, hardware choices, vehicle inspection, and decision to place the vehicle into service. When appropriate, consult a qualified fabricator, mechanic, engineer, sanctioning body, or track-safety professional who can inspect the vehicle directly.
If something may affect vehicle control, structural integrity, aerodynamic balance, mounting security, or track safety, stop and resolve the uncertainty before driving the vehicle.
Engineering Consulting
Some projects require more than a quick product-support answer. Detailed aerodynamic development, vehicle-system analysis, custom mounting design, data review, or substantial engineering work should begin through our consulting services form.
After reviewing the request, we can hand an appropriate project to our engineering department. Scope and pricing are determined individually because no two builds require exactly the same work. Thorough consulting is not an emergency service; customers should expect the process to take at least a few weeks, and complex projects may require more time.
Submitting the form gives us the information needed to evaluate the project. We will explain the proposed scope, likely timing, and price before paid work begins.
Our Goal
We want to help you build a faster, safer, and better-understood car, not simply sell you another part. Sometimes the honest answer will be that you need more measurements, a different product, professional fabrication, or no additional part at all. That is still a useful answer.
