Transfer cases shed metal fines over time, especially on hard-driven cars. This TRE inspection cover replaces the factory access panel and adds a high-strength magnet to help capture ferrous debris before it continues circulating through the oil. The O-ring sealed design also makes inspections and servicing easier because you can remove and reseal the cover cleanly.

Installation notes
- Clean old sealant from the threaded holes and mating surface before install.
- Tighten bolts by hand carefully to ensure you do not strip the threads. Tighten similar to valve cover bolt torque.
- Recheck for leaks after the first heat cycle.
