Fender Louver Installation

Build context: Right-hand-drive 1990 Honda CRX with a front splitter, Professional Awesome aluminum fender louvers, splitter support rods, and titanium pucks.

On this 1990 Honda CRX fender louver install, I printed the paper template available on the Professional Awesome website, cut it out, and used it as a guide for positioning each louver and marking the fenders before cutting. Happy cutting.

Splitter Support Rod and Titanium Puck Installation:

Installation was fairly simple. For the front rods, I found unused locations on the bumper mounts where I could attach the rod ends. I measured and cut the rods to length, mounted them to the front portion of the splitter, and added the front titanium pucks. For the side rods, I drilled the chassis and installed rivnuts for the upper mounting points.
