Build context: SRT-4-swapped 1999 Dodge Neon R/T prepared for track use.
This 1999 Dodge Neon splitter install uses Professional Awesome universal quick-release mounts attached at the sides of the core support. A half-inch plywood blade carries splitter diffusers and is stabilized by four support rods at the front bumper mounting points to reduce deflection. Titanium pucks are installed beneath the splitter to protect high-wear areas.

This photo set shows a compact, serviceable universal splitter installation and clearly documents both the mounting details and the finished car in track use. Mounting the quick-release receivers beside the core support creates a short load path, while four front support rods distribute load across the bumper structure and help control blade deflection. The half-inch plywood blade is a practical, replaceable platform for development.
The rest of the aero package shows the same practical thinking. The front-tire spats help shield the rotating tires and wheels from the oncoming flow, reducing drag; I would consider extending the lower portion of each spat near its splitter-blade mount to cover more of the tire face. The large, simple air dam also appears well sealed to the bumper with foam, limiting air that could spill over the top and bypass the heat exchangers. The fender louvers are a clean, effective way to relieve excess wheel-well pressure. At the rear, the wing end plates appear to use small trailing-edge Gurney flaps, a thoughtful way to support wing performance with relatively little drag penalty.
