This customer set out to design a large, functional front splitter with no visible mounting hardware beyond the car’s body panels. They began with a Nine Lives Racing splitter template, bonding a lip from C7 Carbon to the top for added structure and aesthetics. Recently, they 3D printed airfoil-shaped extensions to further expand the splitter’s surface area.
As the splitter grew in size with the new 3D printed additions, the customer added two more support rods to reinforce the corners. They are still in the process of determining a mounting solution that remains hidden while staying accessible for adjustments and maintenance.
